Commercial Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Refrigeration Education
The owner, Robert Hoffmann, has his Professional Engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri School of Science & Technology in Rolla, MO. He worked for Anheuser Busch & Proctor & Gamble before staring Hoffmann Brothers. Robert believes in higher education for all of his employees, especially his technicians. All of the Hoffmann Brothers service & installation technicians are graduates from local technical schools such as Ranken and Vatterott. We pride ourselves on hiring the #1 student in each graduating HVAC class. Our technicians once going through our rigorous hiring process are then put through an extensive apprenticeship program. All of the technicians here at Hoffmann Brothers complete factory training courses with American Standard, Geo-Comfort, Carrier, Burnham, Lennox, Copeland, Daikin, & Mitsubishi, just to name a few. Our technicians complete the U.S. Department of Labor HVAC training program. On top of all of these training programs, we provide 50-100 hours of paid continuous education and training per year for each technician. We have had an A+ ranking with the BBB of St Louis for over 10 years now. We are also affiliated with the Air Conditioning Contractors Association. In 1999, 2000, and 2001 Robert Hoffmann was the ACCA’s Man of the Year. In 2013, we were awarded Crescent Parts Diamond Dealer Award over all other contractors in St Louis.
